Privacy Policy

El Bigoton respects your privacy. This page explains how information is handled when you browse our website, send an event enquiry or use linked services.

Information collected on this website

When you submit a Functions & Catering enquiry, you provide your name, email address and any optional phone number, event date, guest count, location, budget and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your event. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.

Enquiry processing

Our enquiry form uses Formspree to process submissions and send them to El Bigoton at contact@elbigoton.com.au. Formspree may store submission information and process technical information to provide its service and prevent abuse. Its processing may take place outside Australia, including in the United States. Read the Formspree privacy policy for details.

You may email us instead of using the form. Contact us if you have questions about your enquiry information or wish to request a correction or deletion.

Website analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website traffic and performance, such as page views, referring websites, device types, approximate geographic trends and website performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to provide privacy-focused, aggregated analytics without using cookies for this purpose.

Online orders

When you select an online ordering link, you leave the El Bigoton website and are taken to Square. Information you provide while ordering or paying is handled directly by Square under its own privacy practices and terms. El Bigoton does not process those order or payment details through this website.

External links

Our website contains links to external services, including Formspree, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and Square. Once you follow an external link, the privacy practices of that service apply. El Bigoton is not responsible for how third-party websites handle information.

Cookies and advertising trackers

At the date of this policy, the El Bigoton website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or advertising-tracking cookies.

We may update this policy if the website or the services it uses change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
